This is my first Sci-Fi model. It features the StarTrek USS Voyager star ship. The model itself is from Monogram in 1/677 scale. It is heavily weathered as well as ''Borg modified''. For the Borg modifications I used small pieces of printed circuit boards.

The model features a complete custom made lightning system. All windows have been manually cut open. The deflector dish was built from scratch using copper wire. I've also added a 1/677 Delta Flyer shuttle, and built the shuttle bay itself from scratch.

The model base is an old digital receiver which was stripped down to the casing and power source. The four switches on the base control the lightning options, including ''normal'', ''red alert'', green light for Borg stuff, and flashing formation lights.

Decals are from 'Hobby Games and More' (an eBay shop). the NCC number was changed to my wife's birthday date.

Over all, this was fun to build, and I hope to share some more models with you in the future.
