In the far future man has expanded to the far stars. The Inner Sphere is broken into several Major Houses and many Minor Houses. Warfare is based on large, powerful war machines called Mechs. These machines can weigh any were between 20 and 100 tons, standing between 20 and 40 feet tall.

The Vulture Battlemech is one of the Clan's OmniMechs. It is a 75 ton Mech with 2 LRM 15s, 1 Medium Lasers, and 1 Large Lasers. In the stories the Clan OmniMechs are configurable. I added a PPC and Medium Laser Pod that looks like it came from a different Clan's Mech.

This resin and white metal model was sculpted and cast by Armorcast. They are no longer producing the Battletech models however. They sold the scenery part of the business and the Armorcast name to someone else. This is where I got the pieces that look like weapons firing. The decals were from three sources. I created some on my computer and printed them. I took some from my old decal box. Others where bought from Wizkids. They have some cool decals and not all of them are Battletech related.

The model was like any other multi-media model. It needed clean up and there were some pin holes and rough edges. With a little work its stance was changeable and the arms could be posed in any position.
