1/1400 scale Fleet |

I finally have the nerve to see if my steadily growing Trek fleet of 1/1400 Ships look decent on Starship Modeler. All but the Vorcha -which is the AMT styrene kit- are resin kits from Starcraft, Alliance, etc.. Most decal sets are from JT Graphics. After reading several books in the Star Trek Corps of Engineers line, I had to get a custom daVinci decal set from JT on the Saber class ship. The hours and hours of painting, revising, setting decals...sometime over and over after tearing...is terrific de-stressing therapy I find. And finding peace while working on one of my favorite interests makes it all the better. I have one in drydock awaiting completion which is Cadassian Galor, and the new flick's Kelvin is next after that...though I may be changing that order. The Kelvin is cool.... |
