This is a model of a Star Trek Federation destroyer. It is derived from the design principles found in the ''The Star Trek Star Fleet Technical Manual'' (1975) by Franz Joseph; that is, cruisers and heavier ships had two or more warp drive nacelles while scouts and destroyers had one. The basis for this model is the old AMT USS Enterprise kit. It was built decades ago and is one of my oldest surviving models. More pictures and description of the build can be found here.
